Instruction for applying to "Scholarship for Vietnamese Students"
To students who wish to apply for the scholarship.
Please read this instruction and prepare related documents before applying.

2．Fill in the Application Form
a）Fill in all item
b）Check the dates of history of study and working and other information. Make sure the dates are correct and meet the various certificates and passport.
c）If you wish to submit hand written application forms, do not use abbreviation or script body and write in block body.
3．Prepare documents for submission
1．Application form (with ID photograph)
2．ID Photograph
3．Health Questionnaire
4．Certificate of Graduation of final academic background achieved ★
(in Vietnamese or in English)
5．Certification of academic transcript of final academic background achieved ★
(in Vietnamese or in Japanese.)
6．Certificate of your Japanese ability (JLPT, J-test or other equivalent)
7．Copy of your passport -Please copy where your photo and names are indicated.
For current university student, submit the following document additionally
8．Certification of academic transcript of University ★
（in Vietnamese or in English）
※Please include an official Japanese translation for each documents marked with ★.
4．Submit your application form and other documents required via email.

①The application form cannot be read, or items lack of required information.
②When the additional documents listed in (3) are not included.
